- Can I have my order shipped to a different location than my billing address?
Orders may be sent to a location different than that of your billing address as well Fedex location pick-ups may be arranged in certain instances where feasible, based on accessibility.
- How long does order fulfillment take?
Order fulfillment may vary depending on the products selected. For in-stock jewelry, we ship on the same day or latest by the next day. Custom orders that require additional assembly typically ship within 10-14 days on average.
- How will I receive fulfillment and tracking details?
All fulfillment and tracking details will be shared electronically once the confirmation of delivery is received.

- Do you ship internationally?
Diamond Club presently provides fulfillment services within the United States and Canada only. Join our mailing list to stay updated on the countries and regions we serve.

- How do you ensure the safety of my order, will there be discreet packaging?
At Diamond Club we understand that your purchase may be a gift or surprise for a loved one, as such we never label the outer box with either our logo or the word “diamond”. Inside the generic outer box, you'll find our special and unique packaging, Unbox and enjoy!
- Lifetime Product Warranty/insurance
- What is covered under your lifetime warranty?
At Diamond Club all of our jewelry is manufactured to the highest industry standards and always using the finest materials available. All products are thoroughly inspected at each and every stage of production and again prior to shipment. We warranty that all pieces we sell will be free from any manufacturing defects at time of receipt. Please contact our customer care team if you would like to return or exchange your item for any reason to take advantage of our free lifetime warranty. Some restrictions do apply

Diamond Club offers a complimentary one-time resize within the first 60 days from the date of purchase. We will resize your ring free of charge and provide a return shipping label.

- Can I purchase just the diamond without ordering a complete ring or piece of jewelry?
Yes we offer the ability to purchase just a loose certified diamond, choose from a selection of over 20,000 individually certified diamonds, each uniquely and numerically engraved with an identifying certification number from an accredited third party gemological laboratory.

- Can I visit one of your stores in person to see a piece of jewelry before I purchase?
At present Diamond Club is an online only Premium fine jewelry marketplace. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your order we will accept it back for a full and complete refund. Order with complete confidence knowing our customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

At present we cannot guarantee that all of our white gold items ate nickel free however we are working with each of our suppliers and partners closely to ensure we can offer this benefit very soon.

At Diamond Club, we offer a selection of lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds that are grown in a laboratory using advanced technology. They possess the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds.
- What are the benefits of choosing a lab-grown diamond?
Lab-grown diamonds offer variety of benefits. The primary being that they are a more ethical and sustainable choice, then a traditional earth born diamond. They also offer excellent value, often priced at a more accessible range compared to natural diamonds. Additionally, they come with certification and grading, just like natural diamonds.
- Do you offer earth born natural diamonds?
Our loose certified diamonds at present are lab grown only however in future we hope to be able to offer our valued diamond club customers a wider selection of diamond origins. Our featured brands however may offer a mixture of both gemstones and natural diamonds as well as moissanite, please look at the product details for all specialty and unique branded collections
