CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes. Orders may be shipped to an address different from your billing address, subject to verification and approval. In select cases, FedEx pickup locations may also be arranged for added convenience and security.

HOW LONG DOES ORDER FULFILLMENT TAKE?

WHAT DOES YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?

Diamond Club stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. All jewelry is carefully inspected throughout production and prior to shipment.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Bent rings, broken chains, or worn prongs due to everyday use

HOW DO I REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE?

DO YOU OFFER JEWELRY INSURANCE?

Diamond Club does not currently provide insurance coverage for loss, theft, or accidental damage. We recommend obtaining personal jewelry insurance through a licensed insurance provider.

Diamond Club is pleased to offer complimentary FedEx shipping on every order. To make your purchasing experience as seamless as possible, we also provide free return shipping on eligible returns.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, the time from purchase to delivery will vary depending on the item selected. Estimated delivery timing will be provided at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email. All orders are shipped via FedEx and are scheduled to arrive on or before the estimated delivery date shown in your confirmation. Orders may ship earlier if completed sooner than expected.

Shipping Security & Requirements

  • Requires a direct signature upon delivery for high-value orders
  • Ships only to verified residential or business street addresses
  • Does not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight-forwarding addresses

Delivery Timing & Carrier Delays

Diamond Club is committed to timely delivery. However, delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or incorrect or incomplete addresses are outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are fully insured while in transit. If your package shows delivered but has not been received, or arrives damaged or tampered with, you must notify Diamond Club within 5 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date so that we may initiate an investigation and insurance claim.

Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to replace or refund the order.

Address Changes & Rerouting

For security and insurance reasons, shipping addresses cannot be changed or rerouted after an order has shipped. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Solder joints and assembly

If a manufacturing defect is identified, Diamond Club will repair the item at no cost.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by use, including:

  • Prong wear over time
  • Lost stones due to impact or wear
  • Discoloration from chemicals or exposure

Complimentary Inspection & Maintenance

We recommend periodic inspection to maintain the beauty and security of your jewelry. Diamond Club offers complimentary inspection and basic cleaning for the lifetime of your piece.

Preventative maintenance (such as prong retipping or stone tightening) may be recommended over time and may incur a service fee if not related to a manufacturing defect.

How to Measure Your Finger

Method 1 — String or Measuring Tape

  1. Wrap a flexible measuring tape or strip of paper/string around the finger where the ring will be worn.
  2. Ensure the fit is snug but comfortable
  3. Mark where the ends meet.
  4. Measure the length in millimetres.
  5. Match the measurement to the circumference column in the chart above.

Measure an Existing Ring

A useful method when measuring for yourself or as a surprise:

  1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
  2. Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres.
  3. Match the diameter to the chart above to determine size.

Sizing Tips for the Best Fit

  • Fingers naturally change size throughout the day — measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest.
  • Avoid measuring when hands are cold or swollen.
  • Rings should slide on easily but resist slightly over the knuckle.
  • Wider bands fit more snugly — consider sizing up 0.25–0.5 size.
