Delivery Timing & Carrier Delays
Diamond Club is committed to timely delivery. However, delivery delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, or incorrect or incomplete addresses are outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are fully insured while in transit. If your package shows delivered but has not been received, or arrives damaged or tampered with, you must notify Diamond Club within 5 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date so that we may initiate an investigation and insurance claim.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to replace or refund the order.
Address Changes & Rerouting

Complimentary Inspection & Maintenance
We recommend periodic inspection to maintain the beauty and security of your jewelry. Diamond Club offers complimentary inspection and basic cleaning for the lifetime of your piece.
Preventative maintenance (such as prong retipping or stone tightening) may be recommended over time and may incur a service fee if not related to a manufacturing defect.
